Magistrates decided they had no choice but to send him to prison on the basis of his 'profound disregard for court orders'.

Hide AdWard, 33, of Barnabus Way, Hendon, was arrested earlier this month when police found him at his partner’s home, despite him being banned from the address as part of a domestic violence restraining order imposed by South Tyneside Magistrates in August last year.
Officers had gone to the woman’s address on June 10 to make enquiries about Ward’s whereabouts because he was wanted on prison recall and found him inside the property, hiding under a bed, despite the fact he was barred from seeing his partner as a condition of the order.
He was jailed for eight weeks when he appeared in court two days after his arrest.
