6. Elvis Pietri and Iraklis Poimenidis.
Pietri, 22, now of Lyndhurst Road, Wood Green, London, previously High Street Sunderland, admitted sexual assault and was sentenced to 30 months behind bars. Poimenidis, 23, of Hylton Road, Sunderland, denied the charge and was found guilty by a jury after a trial. He was jailed for 34 months Photo: NOP
7. Robert Elliott
Elliott, 44, of High Street East, denied charges of threats to damage property and assault by beating but arrived late for his trial which went ahead at South Tyneside Magistrates Court in his absence. He was found guilty and jailed for 26 weeks for the property damage threat and 12 weeks for the assault, to run concurrently to each other but consecutively to an 18 week suspended sentence which was activated - a total of 44 weeks Photo: NOP
8. Nathan Maxwell
Maxwell, 24, of Glendale Avenue, Concord, Washington, pleaded guilty to assault by beating and a separate count of sexual assault. Judge Amanda Rippon sentenced him to 12 months behind bars, suspended for two years, and ordered him to pay £1,000 in compensation, complete 45 rehabilitation days and abide by the sex offender's register for ten years Photo: NOP
