The incident took place at The Turf Hotel pub, Burnley, after a number of Newcastle fans are believed to have left the home club’s ground – Turf Moor – at half-time.

At around 4.25pm on Saturday, December 14 a number of Newcastle fans became involved in a large fight with other publicans.

Dozens of people are believed to have been involved and six men have already been arrested by police.

Officers are now looking to identify nine men, believed to be Newcastle fans.
