Damaging TVs, assaulting police and other recent Sunderland court cases

The following cases from the Sunderland area have been dealt with recently at South Tyneside Magistrates’ Court:

Dillon Niall Murray, 24, of Roedean Road, Red House, Sunderland, received a 10-week jail term, which was suspended for 24 months, and was ordered to pay a £128 victim surcharge and £500 prosecution costs after he admitted breaching a restraining order on July 5 and July 19.

Frank Stidolph, 71, of Marsden Road, Cleadon, was banned from driving for 18 months and ordered to pay a £120 fine, £35 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting drink driving on September 15.

Allen Southern, 25, of Gillingham Road, Grindon, Sunderland, was banned from driving for 21 months and ordered to pay a £583 fine, £58 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting drink driving and possessing cocaine on December 31.

Jamie Testo, 23, of Waterloo Court, Sulgrave, Washington, was ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work as part of a community order and to pay a £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting one charge of causing harassment between May 2-5.

Daniel Sean Jordan Langley, 25, of Greenwood Road, Grindon, Sunderland, was ordered to complete 80 hours of unpaid work as part of a community order and to pay a £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting two counts of assaulting different police officers on December 23.

Michael Jason Foster, 45, of Roker Avenue, Sunderland, was ordered to pay a £120 fine, £50 compensation, £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting committing vehicle interference on South Tyneside on January 31.

Brad Lockerbie, 23, of Thistle Road, Sunderland, was ordered to complete 240 hours of unpaid work as part of a community order and to pay £300 compensation and a £95 victim surcharge after admitting causing £300 of criminal damage to a television on January 30.
