Karl Robert McMurrough, 27, of Gartland Road, Sunderland, received a six-month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay a £22 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs after he was convicted in his absence of drunk and disorderly behaviour on September 23.
James Edward Trow, 2, of Thornbank Close, Hall Farm, Sunderland, was ordered to pay a £120 fine, £80 compensation, a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting criminal damage on September 19.

Hide AdRobert Luke Robinson, 34, of Percy Terrace, Sunderland, was banned from driving for two years, ordered to complete 60 hours of unpaid work as part of a community order and to pay a £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting drink driving on October 10.
Callum Paul Harrison, 22, of Western Hill, Sunderland, was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £705 and ordered to pay a £71 victim surcharge and £200 costs after admitting separate counts of possessing cannabis and diazepam on March 6 and drug driving on the same date.
Terrence Johnston, 40, of Martindale Park, Houghton, had his previous sentence extended to 24 weeks’ imprisonment, suspended for 24 months, and was ordered to pay £60 costs after admitting one breach of the community requirement of his sentence.
Dale Brown, 41, whose address was listed as care of Tanfield Road, Thorney Close, Sunderland, was ordered to pay £223 compensation and was banned from entering the Londis store, in Biddick, Washington, and B & M, in Ryhope, for 12 months as part of a community order after admitting stealing £223 of alcohol and other items during five shop thefts between August 10 and September 14.

Hide AdMark French, 26, of Burdon Lane, Sunderland, was banned from driving for six months and ordered to pay a £95 victim surcharge and £620 costs after he was convicted of driving while disqualified and without insurance on September 4 and admitted failing to surrender to custody on November 10.
