Appeal to trace family of Houghton man Francis Dobson is successful

A coroner's officer's appeal to trace the family of a Houghton man has been successful.

Francis Anthony Dobson died at Sunderland Royal Hospital on Monday, June 19.

He was 58.

Mr Dobson was known to various agencies but, as far as they were aware, had no living relatives. 

Coroner's officer Andrew Weighill appealed for help through the Echo to trace any next of kin and has today, Monday, June 26, confirmed that a member of the family has been in touch.
