Crew called to early-hours car fire in Sunderland street
Firefighters attended a car fire in a Sunderland street in the early hours of the morning.
Tyne and Wear Fire and Rescue Service confirmed to the Echo that one appliance from its Farringdon station attended Ralph Avenue, in Hollycarrside, following a car fire at around 2.10am on Friday, February 21.
The incident, which came days after an arson attack on a vehicle in Town End Farm, was reported to be under control around 10 minutes later – at 2.20am.
