Comeback king Doran stuns Long

Long enjoyed a 20-dart leg as his best.

Micky McBain stormed to a 5-0 victory over Gary Richardson, with winning legs of 18, 20 (twice), plus a great finish of 103.

Marco Laybourn battered Darren Johnston 5-0, thanks to best legs of 13, 17 and 21 (twice) darts, plus a 105 checkout.

Pete Wilson beat Jordan Crouch 5-2, with both players’ best leg coming in 21 darts.

Lee Rump romped to a 5-1 victory over Steve Richardson.

Rump enjoyed winning legs in 16, 18 and 19 (twice) darts, including a 180 and a great finish of 111.

Baz Walker remains top after a 5-3 win over Micky McBain.

Walker’s best darts were 15, 17, 18, 19 and 20 darts, plus two 180s and a great finish of 115.

Glen Woodbridge played two and won them both, winning 5-1 against Jordan Crouch and then saw off Jack Revely 5-0.

Darren Johnston beat Jaxon Douglass 5-1 and Kev Long defeated Denny Cullen 5-3.
