Sunderland Coastguard Rescue Team and South Shields Volunteer Life Brigade (SSVLB) were called out at 2.50am today, Sunday, September 27, to help Northumbria Police search for the missing person in Marsden.

The callout came during wet, cold and windy weather and was brought to a close when information was relayed that the person they were searching for had been found elsewhere.
