On Friday, the lunch club will meet in All Saints' parish hall. Everyone is welcome to come in for coffee and biscuits at 11am with a delicious two-course meal to follow at noon. Transport can be arranged, but ring 5190582 if you would like to go along.

An Afternoon Tea Sequence Dance is taking place in All Saints’ parish hall on Wednesday, August 24, from 1.30pm to 4pm. Tickets at £3, which includes afternoon tea, are available by ringing 5363346.

There will be a Paddy’s Market in All Saints’ parish hall on Saturday, August 27, from 10am to 2pm. There will be bargains in clothing, jewellery, household goods, books and bric-a-brac, and refreshments will be available.

On Friday, September 2, there will be afternoon tea in the garden of All Saints’ Church (or in the Church and Chapter House if wet), from 2pm to 4pm, when entertainment will be provided by Nostalgia, a café swing quintet, which promises to get the feet tapping and the voices singing. It is also an opportunity to have a look around the church’s gardens. Tickets are £4 and available by ringing 5363346.

Slimming World holds two classes in All Saints’ parish hall on Thursdays at 9.30am and at 11am.
