The Bradley Lowery Foundation will hold the event on October 27 at Blackhall Community Centre - and it's raising money for a fantastic cause in honour of the boy who touched so many hearts with his journey.
Bradley, who was six when he died last July, was a pupil at Blackhall Colliery Primary School. He was suffering from terminal neuroblastoma cancer, but never failed to make the world smile with his unwavering determination and infectious smile.

Among its features will be a pirate ship named the HMS Bradley. The play area will be accessible to pupils of all ages, as well as the wider community.
The project is expected to cost around £600,000 and is set for completion by next summer.
