Body of man found near Sunderland railway tracks
A body of a man has been found near railway tracks in Sunderland.
The grim discovery was made on Saturday, off Ryhope road in Grangetown, Northumbria Police confirmed.
A force spokeswoman said: "On Saturday, December 10, police were informed the body of a man had been found near to the railway tracks on Ryhope Road.
"There is believed to be no third party involvement and a report will be prepared for the coroner."
