Blaze breaks out in pigeon cree on Sunderland allotment site
Firefighters were called to put out a blaze which broke out on a Sunderland allotment plot on Sunday, March 15.

Tyne and Wear Fire and Rescue Service said two crews from its Sunderland Central Community Fire Station and another from Farringdon were called to the allotments off Corporation Road in Hendon at 1.20pm on Sunday.
It said no one has been hurt in the incident, which was quickly brought under control, with people asked to stay away from the area in its aftermath.
