Arson arrest after Sunderland flat fire
A man has been arrested on suspicion of arson after a flat fire in Sunderland in the early hours of today.
Crews from Sunderland Central, Marley Park and Farringdon were called to Allan House in Scottia Quay, Panns Bank, around 1am.
Minimal damage was caused to a room and there were no injuries.
