The sun shone (mostly), the dolphins frolicked and the athletes impressed as the AJ Bell Triathlon World Championship Series came to town.
Hundreds turned out to witness the cream of the sport compete, with elite men's and women's solo races.
But there were also participation events for all ages and plenty of fun and entertainment in the fan zone at Cliff Park.
