Premier Gleneagles Superstore now offers bigger range of groceries, beer and pop cave and refresh machines

The new-look Premier Gleneagles Superstore has opened at Grindon and as a first Premier’s concept shop in the North East, it has an even bigger range of groceries, confectionery and even a ‘beer cave’ for convenient and affordable shopping on your doorstep.

The new-look PremierGleneagles Superstore at Grindon is no ordinary corner shop.

Launched at a grand opening by the city of Sunderland Mayor Dorothy Trueman earlier this month, it now offers lots of added extras such as a coffee-making machine, milkshake, slushie machines, free cash machine and Evri parcel service shop for customers.

A hugely extended range includes a wide variety of frozen food, as well as fresh produce. From fresh fruit and vegetables to beef, bacon and chicken, you will find lots to choose from on its packed shelves.

A new ‘beer cave’ holds an increased selection of beer, wine and alcohol, with a special cold room to have them chilled and ready whenever you need them.

Keeping prices down

There are also so many deals and offers to keep prices down. Lots of alcohol is on special offer from now until well into the New Year.

For essentials, long-running promotions include buying a 4pt carton of milk plus a loaf of your choice of bread for just £2 . . . that’s the sort of deal you need at your local convenience store!

The good news is that the bakery section has also been extended for a wider selection of fresh bread, cake and muffins. And even more items are being added all of the time.

Meal deals are available, so you can choose from a range of fresh sandwiches to make picking up lunch easy.

Loyalty schemes savings on any refresh drinks mean you will get your seventh cup of drink for free, when you have bought six from the making machine.

Convenience on your doorstep

Store Owner Kala explains: “As the first Premier concept shop in the North East, we are different to your usual shop and offer so much more.”

He added: “We have become a mini-supermarket for the community to come and get their full range of shopping on their doorstep, at an affordable price.”

And the convenience doesn’t stop there. There is plenty of roadside parking to put groceries in your boot, as well as a free cash machine. They even take Evri parcel send &collect for you.

PremierGleneagles Superstore at Grindon is open from 7am-10pm all seven days a week.
