This two-bedroom first-floor flat is going to auction.

The flat is one of nearly 40 lots at Taylor James’ property sale on Thursday, February 25.

Russell Taylor, Taylor James director and auctioneer, said: “With auctions now solely taking place online it is a lot easier as well for buyers to get involved and those who previously found the idea of bidding at auction quite daunting are now finding they can do it from the comfort of their home or office.”
