The new development, Doxford Green, is located on Lodgeside Meadow off Burdon Road. Work has begun the first phase of development which is set to bring 60 homes to the area in Spring 2023, while an additional 158 homes are expected to follow later in phases two and three at the site.

Doxford Green will offer a collection of four and five bedroom detached homes located four miles away from Sunderland city centre. The first phase of homes are now available to reserve by booking an appointment with the Sales Office at neighbouring development, Cherry Tree Park.
