The Stevenson show home is now open for viewings by appointment at the Miller Homes development.
Located off South Bents Avenue, Sandbrook Meadows is 400 yards from the beach and around a five-minute walk to the sea front’s cafes and restaurants, as well as the new STACK complex.

One follows a funfair theme and another is a nod to the annual Sunderland International Airshow which draws crowds to the seafront. The show home design was designed by local interior designer Q Interiors.
To allow for safe social distancing show home viewings can be booked via appointment on the Miller Homes website or by calling the development.
Appointments will be fully socially distanced and for everyone’s safety, Miller Homes has put new measures in place for visiting its developments. These include people being required to wear a mask during their appointment, using hand sanitiser on arrival and departure, and maintaining social distancing. An enhanced cleaning programme is also in operation.
Debbie Whittingham, area sales director at Miller Homes Teesside, said: “Choosing desirable locations for our developments has always been important to us, but the past five months have placed even more emphasis on the importance of community and what’s on your doorstep. Sandbrook Meadows is perfectly placed to take advantage of the beach and parks within walking distance as well as an ever-growing café and restaurant scene.

Prices currently start from £389,950 for a four-bedroom home with a garage, and buyers can benefit from the Stamp Duty holiday which became available in July as part of the Chancellor’s Summer Economic Update on a selection of plots.
