Look around new Starbucks drive-thru which has opened this week

A new branch of coffee giant Starbucks is now open in Peterlee.

The store, on Peterlee Retail Park, Essington Way, is the first drive-thru coffee shop in the area.

In line with the latest government guidance, the store will be ‘to-go’ only – though customers can order inside for takeaway.

Gemma Barrett, new store openings manager at licensee 23.5 Degrees, said: “The team are closely following guidance from both Government and health authorities to keep everyone safe instore. We can’t wait to start welcoming new faces over the next few weeks.”
