Many Sunderland residents will have already eaten their pancakes by now, but if you haven’t follow the recipe below to make your own tasty pancakes.
Whether they are American style, or French Crêpes, enjoy them with a side of bacon, maple syrup, chocolate or fruit.

Our easy three step guide:
Whisk eggs and milk then add in flour, and beat until the batter is smooth and lump free.
Heat a nonstick pan over low-medium heat with oil. Use 1/3 cup of batter per pancake and cook pancakes for 1 to 2 minutes.
Flip and cook other side.
