3. Slice of the action
Chef and co-owner Stefano Presot trained in the art of pizza making in Naples. Pizza dough is prepped daily at the restaurant from a 24hour ferment and then cooked for 90 seconds in the Italian-made Moretti Forni pizza oven. Options include Stefano's signature Dolce Vita pizza (pictured), which has a creamy mixed mushroom base, mozzarella fior di latte, semi-dried tomatoes, lemon zest and fresh basil. | Sunderland Echo

4. What's on the menu
Pizza and pasta are the main features on the menu, with a range of classic tomato-base pizzas as well as white pizza options. Pizza prices start from £9.50.
