1. Bella Vista, Boar's Head, East End

One of the newest additions is RESINN, a lifestyle store and coffee shop which built up a following during pop ups in the owner's basement.You'll find the new RESINN in Murton Street, just behind Software Centre. At the minute, it's open weekends | Sunderland Echo
3. Cherry Blossom, Cleveland Road
Cherry Blossom recently opened in Cleveland Road in Barnes, not far from Barnes Park. It's a lovely spot to pick up flowers, gifts, matcha, tray bakes and more. | Sunderland Echo

Tucked away in Frederick Street, Arigato specialises in authentic Japanese street food. Owner Sachi has built up a firm following with her street food van, which was previously at Buzz Bingo in Pallion, but this is her first restaurant. | Sunderland Echo
