1. Vegan tacos, Mexico 70, High Street West
Mexico 70 has long championed vegan food and has 13 vegan dishes on its menu all year round, not just for Veganuary. On Thursday, January 16, it's having a fully vegan menu day. 2. Seitan burger, The Peacock, Keel Square
The Peacock is under new management who've devised a completely new menu. One of the highlights is a handmade seitan burger with vegan cheese and vegan holy moly burger sauce, made by new co-landlord Barry Hyde of Futureheads fame. 3. Tofu on toast, The Good Apple Cafe, Derwent Street

4. Vegan brunch, Fausto, Marine Walk, Roker
