1. Langham Tower, Ashbrooke
One of Sunderland’s best-preserved mansion houses has been transformed into an upmarket outdoors bar as the landmark site enters a new chapter in its history. 2. Halo, Low Row

3. Stack Seaburn
One of the most eagerly-awaited outdoor openings has been Stack Seaburn, the shipping container village which has proved a hugely popular new addition to the seafront. The first two week block of bookings for peak times sold out quickly. Blocks of bookings are released on https://www.stackseaburn.com/. Table bookings are priced at £2.50 per guests and available on a first come basis. Each day, there will also be an allocation of benches for walk ups, but you will need to queue. 4. Port of Call, Park Lane
The two terraces and secret garden at Port of Call are back open. No need to book, it's walk ins only. It's open 11am to 10pm midweek and 11am to late on Fridays and Saturdays. Photo: submitted
