13. Holiday Inn, Keel Square, Autumn 2021

14. City Hall, Riverside Quarter, old Vaux site, Autumn 2021
Work is forging ahead on the new City Hall, which will be Sunderland City Council's headquarters, on the site of the old Vaux site.
