The spectacular Lumiere festival could return to the North East this year.

Four days of amazing sights and sounds are being planned for November 18 to November 21 and the search has begun for talent to create new light installations.
But let’s not forget the wonderful scenes that we have seen in the past at the biennial celebration in Durham.
