A sunny day, lots of flags and a VIP guest. It’s Red House and it was giving a warm welcome to the Queen 30 years ago.

It was back in 1993 when Her Majesty came to Red House Comprehensive, and the Homeworthy Furniture Factory.

Children turned out to meet her and waited patiently by the roadside to cheer.
