There are many ways to keep fit and stay active, but for nearly 600 people on Sunday June 16 2019, they choose to ride across the city of Sunderland.
The Mayor and Mayoresse of Sunderland, Cllr David Snowdon and Dianne Snowdon, joined the riders as they took part in one of two routes around our region. A 20 mile route took cyclists towards Washington, while the 35 mile track too riders to Hetton Lyons Country Park.
