'You have hearts of gold' - Sunderland community's backing for health heroes who launched collection for patients

Two frontline workers from Sunderland Royal Hospital have been thanked for their “amazing” work in providing for their patients.

Rachel Craggs and Claire Reynoldson launched a collection for their patients in the trauma and orthopedics admissions ward – and were left blown away by the number of donations they received from friends, famillies, colleagues and the public.

As news of their success spread, the Sunderland community heaped praise on the women for their efforts.
