Exams were unable to take place this summer due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, meaning teenagers were instead awarded teachers’ predicted grades to determine the next steps in their journey. Echo photographer Kev Brady and reporter Kevin Clark headed out to Southmoor Academy in Sunderland to meet the students collecting their grades and find out how they got on.
