Washington and Ponteland companies merge in growth plan
The merged business will retain both sites with a joint workforce of 20 staff.

Hide AdIan and Sarah Taylor have owned and operated Woven Inc for eight years, while NewWorkWear.com was founded by Darren Bosi in 2018.
Having previously worked together in the workwear industry, both companies felt the time was right to take both businesses to the next level to meet client demand.
Both companies use the most advanced printing and embroidery techniques to offer cost effective, high quality branded clothing.

Hide AdNewWorkWear.com will be known as the sister company of Woven Inc with both companies retaining their names, with Ian and Sarah Taylor now acquiring 40% of NewWorkWear.com.
Ian Taylor says: “Both companies offer complementary service lines and expertise making this a logical and attractive partnership. Joining forces allows us to combine areas of strength to provide a broader range of services to customers.’
The merged company has its sight set on a five year growth plan which will see the employment of five further staff and further investment of machinery, with a projected turnover of £2million.
Clients of the new company include 247 Contracting, Tolent Construction, Richard Hardie, ICC Cricket, Karbon Homes and Newcastle City Council.
