The North East is home to some romantic hot spots and many are running Valentine's deals. Lumley Castle in Chester-le-Street has a Valentine’s Overnight Package running from 11 to 14 Feb and includes overnight accommodation, a five-course dinner including canapés and a glass of Prosecco on arrival and a full English breakfast the following day.
