Police Community Support Officers (PCSOs) play a vital role in tacking crime, strengthening links with communities by working alongside police officers and partner agencies.
The roles have a starting salary of around £19,425 per year with extra pay granted for shift allowance and working weekends, giving an overall starting salary of around £24,462.
This could eventually increase to £25,495.

Hide AdApplicants must be aged 18 and over to apply and interested candidates much register an expression of interest when the vacancies open at 11am on Monday, October 12 via the recruitment section of the Cleveland Police website.
The vacancies will be open for one week and everyone who expresses interest will be sent a link for the full application.
All candidates will undertake the same recruitment exercises, will be marked fairly and equally with successful applicants appointed based on their performance throughout the process.
