With restrictions changing regularly as part of the tier system, and now the third national Lockdown, Sunderland businesses have had to adapt to survive.
While cafes, pubs and restaurants have had to close their doors to sit in custom as part of the restrictions, many still offer a takeout or delivery service. We’ve rounded up some of the ways you can still support local businesses from the comfort of home, from ordering a meal at San Marino in Chester Road, to getting the beers in from Darwin Brewery in Sunderland Enterprise Park.
