Drone footage filmed by Davy Robson takes in the Seaburn site, showing construction work continuing to get the new food, entertainment and retail venue ready for its first customers later this month.
The film was made yesterday, Wednesday, August 12, with the container village set to host 22 tenants once it is complete.

Hide AdEarlier this month, developer Danieli Holidays said just three of its units were left to rent, with many of those who have snapped up the chance to move in and trade from the new venue based on Wearside.
Those who have signed up already include Downey’s Fish & Chips, Longhorns BBQ, Healthy Thaim, as well as businesses who will be new to the city, such as Greek street food company Acropolis, with gin and wine bars to launch as part of the business.

Hide AdIn a separate but neighbouring project, work is also ongoing on the site of the Pullman Lodge, which will become The Seaburn Inn, a 40-bedroom hotel, pub and family play area, which is being built by The Inn Collection Group.
