Bradley Hall’s Auctions department has launched a portfolio of 23 residential auction properties located across the country, with starting bids ranging from £80,000 to £275,000.

The properties, located across the North and Midlands, are part of a large portfolio, and are set to be sold at auction on December 4 and 5.

Working alongside local Partner Estate Agents, Bradley Hall’s Auctions departments will market the properties and coordinate all bids.

The homes are located across the UK, with a focus in the North East, West Yorkshire and the East Midlands.

Helen Wall, Director of Bradley Hall’s Auctions department, commented on the portfolio: “As demand for our Auctions service increases, we have seen an influx of portfolio owners looking to sell all or part of their portfolios quickly and stress-free through our online Auction platform.

“Working on a collection of properties of this size is a significant milestone for our department, which launched earlier this year.

“Since our launch, we have supported clients to dispose of commercial and residential properties that have a total sold value of over £2million, a reflection of the hard work of our team to ensure sales are successful and stress-free.

“This portfolio will allow buyers purchase high-quality residential housing in towns and cities across the UK quickly, with completion set for December 15.”

The portfolio of 23 properties includes a range of property types, including a four bedroom detached home in Darlington, a four bedroom townhouse in Oakham and a two bedroom bungalow in Shipley.

Interested parties can utilise Bradley Hall’s online auction platform to place bids and monitor the bidding process for each property. The service is available 24/7, allowing buyers to bid at a time to suit them.

Working with New Home Agents, interested parties can arrange viewings with local agents before placing bids.

Bidding will close on December 4 and December 5, with properties then exchanged and completed by December 15.
