Football fans can enjoy the sound of Sunderland singer Paul Liddell at tomorrow’s clash with Stoke City.

The singer-songwriter will be performing at the Fan Zone at the Stadium of Light.

As well as being well-known on the local music scene, the folk-rock singer has shared the stage with the likes of Turin Brakes, Florence And The Machine, Calvin Harris and Billy Bragg.

As well as performing solo, Paul appears on stage with his band Delphians.

Not only has he gigged extensively in the UK, Paul has also toured in America, Italy and Germany.

Last year he released three singles, which have racked up tens of thousands of views on YouTube.

He is the latest act to perform at the Fan Zone, a new addition to the stadium which has proved popular with match-day crowds.

Following a European and American model, the Fan Zone opened at the beginning of this season.

It features a huge screen, music stage, bar, mini-football pitch and a merchandise shop.
