Soweto Gospel Choir will raise the roof at Sage Gateshead next month.
The Grammy Award-winning choir is undertaking a limited UK tour, which sees them perform at the venue on November 13.
For the last 10 years, the choir has collaborated, recorded and performed with artists including Bono and U2, Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, Robert Plant, Celine Dion, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Peter Gabriel, Josh Grobin and Andre Rieu.
They have performed in front of President Bill Clinton, Oprah Winfrey and of course their spiritual fathers, Nelson Mandela and Archbishop Desmond Tutu.
Internationally, the choir are heralded as one of the great vocal ensembles.
Along the way they have won two Grammys, an Emmy and an Oscar nomination.
They have just recorded their sixth album, Divine Decade.
