EXTRA tickets have become available for the Kings of Leon’s concert in Sunderland on June 17.

The American rockers’ Stadium of Light gig was sold out, but Sunderland AFC says a “limited number” of additional tickets are now available “after production plans and sightlines have been finalised”.

Kings of Leon kicked off their tour at Coventry’s Ricoh Arena earlier this week and arrive on Wearside in a fortnight.

Tickets are available directly from the Stadium of Light box office, to in-person callers, priced at £45 for general admission and £60 for seated tickets.

The Stadium of Light box office is open Monday to Friday 10am-5.30pm and Saturday 10am-1pm.

VIP packages are also available, giving fans the opportunity to watch the shows from some of the best seats in the house, as well as enjoying fantastic pre-show hospitality. Prices start from just £95 per person.

Take That played four sell-out shows at the Stadium of Light in May, attracting more than 200,000 fans.
