WAVE goodbye to Westlife on Wearside.
On Saturday one of the most successful boybands in music history will take to the stage for one final concert – set to be streamed live from Dublin’s Croke Park to fans at Empire Cinema Sunderland from 8.30pm.
Westlife: The Farewell Concert is an opportunity to say farewell to Shane, Mark, Kian and Nicky.
Selling over 45million records worldwide, breaking numerous records and winning countless awards, Westlife have celebrated a long and successful since forming 14 years ago.
Racking up 14 number-one singles in the UK, the boys hold the UK record for most consecutive number one.

Westlife: The Farewell Concert is the latest in a line of recent events and live screenings as Empire Cinemas expands its offering beyond movie releases.
Other recent events have included screenings of Kasabian at The O2, the Royal Ballet’s Romeo and Juliet, Frankenstein from the National Theatre, and Faithless at Brixton Academy.
