SUE Edwards brought an end to Craig Ryan’s unbeaten start in the Thorney Close Premier League with an emphatic 5-0 win.
Edwards’ best leg came in 21 darts and she also threw two 180s.
Ryan was also held to a draw by Denny Cullen, with both players’ best legs in 21 darts.
Steve Dykes moved back to the top of the league with a 5-2 win over Vince Lorraine. He had best legs in 15,18 and19 darts and also had a great 144 checkout.
Ian Wilkinson beat Tony Cummings 5-3 in a tight match, with Cummings having the best leg in just 14 darts.
Darren Johnston beat Denny Cullen 5-3, while Jamie Scott claimed his first points of the season by beating Adam Lafferty 5-0. Scott’s best leg was a 19-darter.
Steve Richardson beat Jack Revely 5-1, including a 119 checkout, but then lost out by the same score to Tom Davies.
In Division One, leader John Doran had his third draw with the season, this time against Darren Noble, who had a 108 checkout.
Danny Cullen moved into second spot, a point behind, with a 5-3 win over Alan Garden.
Andy Clark beat Tony Byant 5-0, while Paul Wilkinson defeated Gary Bramley 5-1.
Anth Cummings won 5-1 against Kristian Summerside, who then drew with Danny Cullen.
