Norman Stephenson was the star of the show for City of Sunderland in the Yorkshire Masters Gala, picking up three gold medals.
Competing in the 70-74 years category, Stephenson triumphed in the 100m butterfly, 100m breaststroke and 200m medley.
He added to his Leeds tally with silvers in the 100m medley and 50m butterfly.
Chris Toop and Neil Shutt both made an impact in the 35-39 section. Toop won the 200m freestyle gold, adding a silver in the 100m butterfly and a bronze in the 200m medley. He also posted a fourth-place finish in the 100m medley, plus a couple of fifth places.
Neil Shutt secured a pair of silvers, in the 100m breaststroke and 100m medley, while also picking up a bronze in the 50m breaststroke.
Graeme Shutt, in the 65-69 category, grabbed an impressive gold in the 50m backstroke. He also finished fourth in the 50m freestyle and fifth in the 100m medley.
In the women’s 60-64 section, Lindy Woodrow landed silver medals in the 100m and 200m freestyle, adding a bronze in the 50m breaststroke. She was fourth in the 50m freestyle.
