Norman Place stormed to two fine wins in the Golden Fleece Darts League.

Firstly, Place beat Colin Seaman 5-1, then he saw off the challenge of Steve Carr, again winning 5-1.

Don Green took a 4-2 lead against Colin Seaman, however, Seaman claimed the final two legs to earn the draw.

Jack Revely and Andy Clark had to settle for a 4-4 draw.

Micky Watson defeated Marco Laybourn 5-1, with winning legs in 18 and 20 (twice), plus a great finish of 121.

Steve Richardson ran out a 5-2 winner against Denny Cullen, with best legs of 18 and 20 darts, including two 85 checkouts on the bull.

Jordan Crouch dished out a 5-0 defeat to Paul Smith, with a best leg of 19 darts.

Baz Walker enjoyed a 5-3 victory over Andy Clark.

Walker’s best legs came in 15, 17 and 20 (twice) darts, including two 180s.
