MICKY Callan kept up his Thorney Close Darts League unbeaten start to the season with a 5-3 win over Andy Lincoln, hitting 18 and 20-dart legs, plus a 120 checkout on his way to victory.

Lee Rump beat Steve Carr 5-2. Rump’s best legs were in 16, 18 and 21 darts, while Carr hit a 180 in reply.

And Rump rounded off a winning night by beating Darren Johnston 5-1, with his best legs in 18 and 19 darts.

Darren Johnston drew with John Macpherson, Johnston hitting 19 and 21-darters.

Alan Slight beat Walter Scott 5-1 thanks to 17, 18 and two 21-dart legs, plus outshots of 116 and 106.

Ian Wilkinson whitewashed Tony Richardson 5-0, while Steve Richardson was in similar form, beating Jack Revely 5-0 thanks to two 21-darters and an 85 finish on the bull.

Dan Scott beat Tom Davies 5-2, while Marco Laybourn came from 3-1 down to beat Vince Lorraine 5-3.

Laybourn’s best legs were in 16 and 21 darts and he also hit two 180s. In reply, Lorraine had 20 and 21-dart legs.

Jack Revely drew with Vince Lorraine, with legs in 16, 20 and 21 darts, plus a 180 for good measure.

Ian Wilkinson enjoyed a storming 5-3 win over Alan Slight thanks to 18, 20 and 21-darters, plus a 121 checkout and two 180s. Marco Laybourn carried on his good form by whitewashing Tom Davies 5-0.

In Division One, Tony Cummings kept up his 100 per cent start to the season with a 5-3 win over Danny Cullen.

Alan Grimes got his first points of the season with a 5-2 win over Adrian Burgess.

Denny Cullen beat Paul Wilkinson 5-2, his best legs being two 21-darters.

Jamie Scott beat Anth Cummings 5-2, despite Cummings hitting a 180 and Jamie Scott beat Alan Grimes 5-0.

The last game of the night saw Alan Garden beat Paul Wilkinson 5-1.
