Laybourne lays down the law to opponents

BOB Laybourne was in fine form in the Plains Farm Premier League.

He outplayed Toby Thomas 7-1, giving his opponent only one shot at a double.

In his second game, Laybourne saw off Tommy Davies 6-2, hitting two 180s along the way.

Richie Nilsson had a fantastic 8-0 win over Jeff Hellens, winning three of his legs in 19 darts.

Andy Lincoln defeated Lee Ridly 6-2 but then came up against a strong Doug Robson, who clinched victory 7-1 with winning legs in 18 and 20 darts.

Ridly got back to winning ways with a 5-3 victory against Andy Chorley.

Steven Dykes and Ian Jarvis played out an outstanding draw, with Steven hitting a 180.

Tommy Davies played superbly in his 8-0 win against Richie Nilsson, winning three legs in 19 darts and two in 21.

Vince Loraine took advantage of Jeff Hellens not been able to finish as he won 8-0.

In the previous round of games, Steve Clark was on form as he beat Tony Cummings 7-1, winning legs in 18 and 19 darts.

Steven Dykes had a fantastic game against Shaun Turnbull, winning 6-2 and hitting two 180s. He won legs in 17 and 18 darts.

Bobby Turnbull also hit a 180 on his way to beating Anth Charlton 6-2.

Tommy Davies beat Scott Turnbull 5-3. Turnbull had a 100 outshot but Davies outdid him with a 110 outshot to win the game.

Ian jarvis beat Bob Laybourne 6-2, with winning legs in 17, 19 and 21 darts.
