Hitman Hardy gives Ridly no chance

NEIL Hardy showed he means business in the Plains Farm Premier League by beating Lee Ridly 8-0.

Filling in after the withdrawal of Vince Loraine, Neil won legs in 18, 19 and 21 darts.

He then pushed Andy Lincoln hard, but was edged out 5-3, with Lincoln also hitting two 180s.

Lincoln’s second game ended in disappointment as Tony Cummings won 7-1, hitting a 180 and winning legs in 17 and 20 darts.

Bobby Turnbull was in good form against Richie Nilsson, hitting a 180 and winning legs in 17 and 18 darts.

Andy Chorley got back to winning ways, beating Anth Charlton 6-2.

Bob Laybourne had cracking game against Jeff Hellens as he ran out an 8-0 winner.

Doug Robson continued his fine form as he beat Shaun Turnbull 5-3, with Shaun hitting a 180.

Steven Dykes had a fantasic 125 check-out on 25 and two bulls on his way to an 8-0 win against Matt Naisby.

Bobby Turnbull also beat Matt 8-0 in their second game.

Ian Jarvis and Scott Turnbull had an outstanding game with Ian winning 6-2 = hitting two 180s and winning legs in 16, 17, 19 and 20 darts. Scott also hit a 180.

Shaun Turnbull beat Andy Chorley 5-3.
