STEVE Dykes is pulling away at the top of the Thorney Close Premier Darts League after a 5-0 win over Craig Ryan.

Dykes’ best legs came in 16,18 and 19 darts.

Tony Cummings recorded his second win of the season, beating Ryan 5-2.

Cummings had three 21-dart legs, while Ryan won in 17 and 21 darts and also had a 108 finish.

Denny Cullen drew with Tom Davies. Cullen’s best leg was in 18 darts, while Davies had three 19-darters.

Sue Edwards had two great legs in 14 and 16 darts and also threw a 180 in a draw with Jack Revely.

Vince Lorraine had a great 5-0 win against Ian Jarvis, winning two legs in 20 darts and two in 21, as well as having a great finish of 136.

Ian Wilkinson beat Steve Richardson 5-3, with Richardson’s best leg in 15 darts, while he also hit a 180 and had an 86 finish on the bull.

Richardson then came from 4-0 down to draw with Ian Jarvis.

In Division One, Tony Bryant stormed into a 3-0 lead only for Andy Clark to take the next five legs to win the match 5-3.

Alan Garden is hitting from at the right time, beating Tony Bryant 5-0, while Paul Wilkinson got a much-needed win, beating Gary Bramley 5-3.

Darren Noble moved back into top spot with a draw against Anth Cummings.
