With the Black Cats set to return to pre-season in the coming weeks, transfer and contract activity is starting to hot-up.

Anthony Patterson and Ellis Taylor both penned long-term contracts at the club this week and Aiden McGeady is understood to be close to extending his stay at Sunderland.
