ANTON Ferdinand has become the latest player to be ruled out of Sunderland’s clash with Wolves tomorrow.

The central defender pulled up in training yesterday as he attempted to shake off the hamstring problem which plagued him for the latter stages of last weekend’s win at Bolton.

It means Sunderland are without an entire starting XI for tomorrow’s visit of relegation-threatened Wolves.

Forgotten man Cristian Riveros is the most likely candidate to replace Ferdinand with Nedum Onuoha switching to centre-half and Ahmed Elmohamady dropping in at right-back.
